WE WILL GLADLY OFFER YOU A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR YOUR ODER.

PLEASE READ THE BELOW POLICY IN FULL PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept RETURNS within 7 days of delivery.  

  • Item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Please email us prior to making the return 
  • *Please note that custom and/or sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange
  • Please ship packages back to us with tracking number and insurance.  You will be responsible for paying any return shipping charges.   
  • If your return is accepted, you will be credited in full minus the original shipping charges.  
  • *We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days, and we reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges. 

 

EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept EXCHANGES within 7 days of delivery.  

  • Please note that you may only make an exchange for the same style in a different size.  Vintage items are not eligible for exchanges - Please make a return and purchase a different item if desired.  
  • Item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Please email us prior to making the exchange

  • Please ship packages back to us with tracking number and insurance.  You will be responsible for paying any return shipping charges.   
  • We will notify when we have received your item as well as when the exchange will ship out.
  • *We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days, and we reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges. 
  • *At this time, we cannot accept exchanges from INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS outside of the United States. 

 

REFUNDS

  • We will notify you if your refund has been approved, and your account will be credited within 5 days. 
  • Note that it may take some time for your account to be credited.  Please check with your bank account or credit card company to see when your refund will be posted.
  • Please email us at info@respectthechief.com if you find your refund is late or missing.
